Extinction Rebellion walkers stop over in Bath

The western group of Extinction Rebellion march for life stayed over in Bath Sat 30 March. Walkers from Cornwall and Wales gathered Sunday to set off for Bradford on Avon on the way to London. They plan two weeks of peaceful disruptive protest.

The marchers gathered near the Bath Friends Meeting House before setting off towards Bradford.

They are protesting government inaction and corporate intransigence on climate change, and the existential threat that presents. They report that Quaker meetings have supported them all along the way.
