Bath Quakers are glad to support the work of Quaker Social Action, a charity helping people on low incomes in East London and across the UK to seek solutions to the issues affecting their lives.
Quaker Social Action describe themselves as: ‘Quaker in values, social in concern and absolutely action oriented’.
Their projects include:
- Providing crisis support for those unable to afford funerals
- Empowering people to manage money, improve resilience or cook at home
- Running the UK’s first dedicated supported housing project for young carers
To find out more, visit the Quaker Social Action website or connect with them at Yearly Meeting Gathering.

Bath Quaker Meeting makes donations to a small number of Quaker organisations each year as a contribution to Quaker work and witness beyond our own Meeting. To suggest other Quaker organisations for us to support, please contact Katie Evans (treasurer) directly or via our contacts.
