Several Bath Friends negotiated gales and floods en route for a session on Renewing Quaker Community in Devizes Quaker Meeting House one Saturday in January.
The speaker/facilitator was Ben Pink Dandelion from the Centre for Research in Quaker Studies at Woodbrooke. Here Lin Patterson shares her summary of the day which was (as readers will see) full of good stories, Quaker history, challenges and insights – many provided by Friends as Ben teased out contributions from all.
There is much in Lin’s lively report which will be useful to us as we think about renewing our own local Quaker Community.
