Genesis Lifeline opens up at the Bath Friends’ Meeting House

This week the Genesis Trust moved its Genesis Lifeline project into the lower part of the Friends Meeting House.

Genesis, an independent charity founded 21 years ago, has improved the Friends Meeting House basement with storage, washing and laundry facilities for its clients. The charity also operates a soup run 365 nights a year, and is raising money for a new Genesis Centre in Walcot Street focused on life skills with a furniture shop. It hopes to start that build in 2017.

Bath Quakers welcome the Genesis Lifeline as a new tenant and are happy to see their building used for such a suitable and important work.
